Products NATURINA can be purchased directly on the website Registration is required to purchase on the site. The buyer can purchase the product on the site by simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, adding all the desired products and following the purchase process.

The user can purchase different products by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. The system will keep the previously selected products in memory. Once the products to be purchased have been chosen, after entering the shipping information, the system will ask for acceptance of the terms of purchase and will propose the available payment systems.     Payment guarantees

    Internet payment through Credit Cards with Unicredit Bank's PagoOnline system or Paypal system. The payment systems used by naturina are protected by SSL secure protocol suitable for protecting financial information with innovative security and fraud prevention systems. Financial information is NOT shared with NATURINA. Once the payment is made, a receipt of the transaction will be sent via email. NATURINA is not responsible in case of fraud related to the aforementioned payment systems.

    This procedure is absolutely safe and guarantees the consumer. With this system, no one can in any way read the information sent over the Internet. When you enter your credit card number, neither NATURINA nor anyone else can read, let alone record, your information because it is transferred directly, protected by SSL (Secur Socket Layer), to the Moneynet/Paypal or UnicreditBanca site for authorization. Basically, it is as if you were paying directly to the bank.

    NATURINA is informed only of the payment authorization issued by your credit card company. For additional assurance, the charge is made only after the customer has been sent the e-mail confirming the shipment of the products.

    Shipping and billing arrangements

    Orders received correctly and complete with all necessary data are processed and usually shipped within one business day after receipt of payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as payment is displayed. However, please email attaching a copy of the bank transfer.

    Outgoing orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. For shipping NATURINA uses the best and most reliable national couriers to ensure on-time shipments at competitive prices. Courier delivery times are usually 2 to 3 days from carrier pickup (Italy). Deliveries will be made by express courier, to the address that the consumer has indicated when ordering.

    Shipping charges are due only for orders below €99.00 (Italy only).

    Shipping guarantees

    NATURINA uses the best national couriers to guarantee on-time shipments at competitive prices.

    NATURINA assumes all risks related to the shipment of products by courier and is responsible for any damage if it occurs before the signature of receipt of the goods. For domestic and international deliveries naturina uses DHL, BRT or ARCO SPEDIZIONI couriers.

    Product warranties

    NATURINA offers only first-rate products. The dry foods NATURINA are produced in accordance with the strictest quality standards of food production (ISO 9001:2000 certification, International Food Standard (IFS) - Version 4 certification and HACCP). The essential product characteristics are presented on our website within customized fact sheets. All legal requirements regarding checks on expiration dates and hygienic maintenance conditions are met.

    Right of withdrawal

    According to Legislative Decree No. 206/05, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into without loss and without having to give explanations. To exercise this right, the consumer must send NATURINA a communication within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. Such notice must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: NATURINA SRL, via Bobbio 1/3 r - 16137 Genova. The notice of withdrawal may also be anticipated (always within the same period of 10 working days) by fax, telegram, telex and e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.

  • The purchased goods, undamaged, must be sent to NATURINA within 10 working days from the notice of withdrawal. NATURINA will not issue any refund for opened or damaged packages.

  • While the shipment from NATURINA to the Consumer is under the responsibility of NATURINA, in this case the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is the responsibility of the consumer both for the cost of return and for the responsibility for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. NATURINA will refund the consumer the amount already paid, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the return of the goods, by transfer of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.

    The right of withdrawal lapses in cases of:

  • Absence of integral elements of the product;

  • Damage to the product for causes other than its transport

  • Purchase by customers with VAT number or who are not identifiable as consumers.
