How to order
Orders can be placed by calling our number +39 01094151459 from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 16.30. Furthermore, it is possible to order the goods by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax +39 0108392921 indicating the following elements: reference, kg package, number of packages, delivery address, billing address, Tax Code or P VAT, payment method, telephone number for the delivery of the goods.
NATURINA products can be purchased directly on the website www.naturina.it. Registration is required to purchase on the site. The buyer can purchase the product on the site by simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, adding all the desired products and following the purchase process.
The user can purchase different products by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button. The system will remember the previously selected products. Once the products to be purchased have been chosen, after entering the shipping data, the system asks you to accept the purchase conditions and will propose the payment systems available. For all orders via the internet, the consumer will receive an e-mail reply that provides him with the order confirmation. Only telephone orders may be required to pay by bank transfer to: NATURINA SRL at UnicrediBanca IBAN IT 84G 02008 01437 000100667658. As soon as the payment is received, NATURINA will ship the goods. We recommend that you notify us of the payment, by email to email@example.com or by fax (010/8392921) attaching a copy of the bank transfer or the number of CRO that the Bank provides for this operation.
Payment on the internet through Credit Cards with Unicredit Banca's PagoOnline system or Paypal system. The payment systems used by Naturina are protected by a secure SSL protocol designed to protect financial information with innovative security and fraud prevention systems. Financial data is NOT shared with NATURINA. Once the payment has been made, a receipt of the transaction will be sent by email. NATURINA cannot be held responsible in the event of fraud relating to the aforementioned payment systems.
This procedure is absolutely safe and guarantees the consumer. With this system, no one can in any way read the information sent over the internet. When you enter your credit card number, neither NATURINA nor others can read, let alone record, your data because these are transferred directly, protected by SSL (Secur Socket Layer), to the Moneynet / Paypal or UnicreditBanca website for the authorization. In practice, it is as if you paid directly to the bank.
NATURINA is only informed of the payment authorization issued by the management company of your credit card. For further guarantee, the charge is made only after the e-mail confirming the shipment of the products has been sent to the customer.
Shipping and billing methods
Orders received correctly and complete with all necessary data are processed and usually shipped within the working day following receipt of payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the payment has been made. However, please send by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax (to the number 010/8392921) attaching a copy of the bank transfer.
Outgoing orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday. For shipping NATURINA uses the best and most reliable national couriers to guarantee punctual shipments at competitive prices. The courier delivery times are usually 2/3 days from taking delivery of the carrier. Deliveries will be made by express courier, to the address that the consumer indicated at the time of the order.
Shipping costs are due only for orders of less than € 99.00. NATURINA will emità accompanying invoice for the goods shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the consumer at the time of the order is valid. The invoice, in paper format, will be sent together with the products, in the same packaging.
Guarantees on shipments
NATURINA uses the best national couriers to guarantee punctual shipments at competitive prices.
NATURINA assumes all risks relating to the shipment of the products by courier and is responsible for any damage if it occurs before the signature of receipt of the goods. For national deliveries Naturina uses the couriers DHL or ARCO SPEDIZIONI.
NATURINA offers only top quality products. NATURINA dry foods are produced in compliance with the most rigorous food production quality standards (ISO 9001: 2000 certification, International Food Standard (IFS) - Version 4 and HACCP certification). The essential characteristics of the product are presented on our site in personalized cards. All legal obligations regarding the checks on the deadlines and the hygienic conditions of maintenance are respected.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislative decree n. 206/05 the consumer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract without loss and without having to give explanations. To exercise this right, the consumer must send NATURINA a communication within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: NATURINA SRL, via Bobbio 1/3 r - 16137 Genova. The notice of withdrawal may be anticipated (always within the same term of 10 working days) also by fax, telegram, telex and e-mail, as long as confirmed by registered letter A.r. within 48 hours.
The purchased good, intact, must be sent to NATURINA within 10 working days from the notice of withdrawal. NATURINA will not issue any refunds for open or damaged packages.
While the shipment from NATURINA to the Consumer is under the responsibility of NATURINA, in this case the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is charged to the consumer both for the return costs and for the responsibility for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. NATURINA will reimburse the consumer for the amount already paid, as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal lapses in the cases of:
Absence of integral elements of the product;
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
Purchase by customers with a VAT number or who are not identifiable as consumers.
